Ordering from abroad

Lafuma has opened up new outlets year on year to enable it to offer its range of products throughout various countries in the European Union.
Delivery is handled by our international service provider (DPD, UPS or DHL) with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 working days.
Good to know: Lafuma does not trade in all EU countries but only in France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Italia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

What happens if the delivery period is exceeded? :

Is my parcel returned to the sender? :
After delivery to a collection point or to the post office, the 10 day period may be exceeded because you were unable to collect your parcel.
The parcel is then automatically returned to the sender, in this case our warehouse in Valence, France.
As soon as we receive it, we will contact you to find out what you want to do.

● We can send your order to the address of your choice.
● Or we can refund your order and keep the product if you no longer want it.
