If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase on www.lafuma.com, you can return the item(s) to us for exchange or refund, in their original packaging with the product labels. If items are damaged, have been worn, or no longer have their packaging, Lafuma reserves the right to refuse their return.
If a an item is defective, you can contact our Customer Service: service-client@lafuma.fr.
Items can only be returned for exchange if you change the size or colour. Discover the procedure depending on your customer status:

How do I return an item?

 

Return time limit: 30 days
Cost: free for France - at your expense for Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, UK, Italia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Austria, Germany.

  1. Log into your customer account and go to « My orders ».
    Complete your return request form, specifying « Exchange » or « Refund » :
    + Refund: you will receive a return confirmation email; print it and enclose it in your return package.
    + Exchange: specify your desired new size or colour in the comments field / once your request has been accepted, you will receive an email validating availability of the item; enclose it in your return package.
  2. Your will receive a return confirmation email to be printed, with a return number and our warehouse address to send the item(s) to.
  3. Prepare your package, enclosing the delivery slip and the return confirmation email.
  4. Affix the pre-paid label to the package;
  5. Drop off your package at a post office.
